What is the census? First, read this to find out.

I think that the main purpose of this is so people can get there share of data in for example if you pay your census so you can get money for community.

The census main purpose is to keep track of how many people are in the US and use those numbers to control the funding and how much that the place will get.

ReplyDeletecountry and information about it. Everyone should fill out a census form because it helps the government learn about the public and know how to adjust things like how many busses to have etc.
I think that the census asks some detailed questions that shouldnt have to be answered like what time you leave for work in the morning and if you have trouble bathing. I mean those are some pretty ridiculous questions but, other than that the census is used for counting the population. Every American should fill out the census so the government can get an accurate reading of how many people are in the country and if you dont want a fine, you should fill it out.

ReplyDeleteIf you do not fill out the census it effects how many seats your state holds in the House of Representatives. The census also helps to collect money for certain expences needed for different services like hospitals and such. It really hurts you and your state more than anyone else, you are just pretty much disappointing everyone.
