Times Square Bomb Scare (cont.)
The New York Times reported on heightened anxiety near Times Square in the wake of a manhole fire two days after – and mere blocks from the site of – an attempted car bombing.
Do you ever worry about terrorist attacks? Or do you generally feel safe?
i worry about it sometimes because tecnically were not safe in PA because were only 4 miles away from the main target where they hit.
ReplyDeleteI do worry about terrorist attacks because i believe that they are not done hurting us and making our world worse then it already is. They wont stop until they feel happy and they feel that they have done their job. where i am at right now i do feel safe but if i would go to new york or some place i would not feel that safe. I would feel scard and unprotected becuase of the recent events that took place there.
ReplyDeleteI actually feel safer than I did 10 years ago because look at who the terrorist are attacking. They are all going for our major states such as New York. Also look at what they are making bombs out of. Its mainly things like cell phones and they couldn't be more powerful than some of our own fireworks. The only thing that worries me is the genius ways they use a tiny bomb to kill 1000's of Americans.
ReplyDeleteOh man do i worry about terrorist attacks. i think everyday a airplane will crash into my house or the xbox headquarters. they live with us thats the thing these munsters develop friendships and relationships and even marriages then they take a knife a drill it into your back then blow up a building.
ReplyDeleteI do worry about this just becuase it is a very serious case and lots of people can be envolved in these. I do feel safe when we are in our "little towns" but when we go out in the real big part of the world like new york or washington then i would worry.
ReplyDeletei dont feel safe at all about it. this world is crazy, and you dont know who would do things to you or where you live. people dont care if you are scared or not.
ReplyDeleteI personally am not worried about them. They have been to places close to us but I am not to the point yet where I am worried. When I was younger I used to be because I had to watch the news and watch everything that was going on and now that I don’t have to do that I’m not up to date on what is happeneing. I do wonder though about terrorist being in our area, not that it worries me but it is something to think about.
ReplyDeleteI usually am not scared of terrorist attacks at all, but after this recent event it sort of made me realize that it wouldn't be that hard for one crazy person to kill a bunch of people. All you would have to do is fill your care with explosives and drive up to the building you want to destroy. It is hard to believe that there hasn't been a lot of more terrorists attcks than there already are.

ReplyDeleteI actually aint really afraid but then again I really never thought about it either like yeah kinda freaks me out but then again I don’t go around thinking about being blown up either.
