What do you think about texting in general? Why has texting become so popular? Has it replaced the use of calling people as your major form of communication? Some say that texting while driving should have as much as a punishment as drunk driving...do you agree?

I think texting is a good thing, and honestly it has probably replaced the use of calling people. It not as simple as calling a person, but its pretty easy also. So many people have it and it just gets more popular by the day. Texting while diving isnt exactly the same as drinking and driving. It still isnt a good thing there is still many accidents that occur due to this also but it shouldnt have the exact same punishment as drinking and driving. There should be a punishment cause it is a very dangerous thing to do cause your more focused on that then your driving but personally i dont think it should be as severe of a punishment.
ReplyDeleteNew medicine around now has started to create a vaccine for swine flu by injecting us with the disease. Many Americans thought it would be a great idea and took the vaccine. I don’t think it is a good idea to inject us with the disease.
ReplyDeleteI would never get H1N1 injected into me because it might not work. If we do get injected we could die or keep getting the disease. I don’t want to have it in the first place and I won’t get it either.
I like to text, and ill be the first to admit it.I text constantly. I think texting has become so popular because its like aim only you can bring it with you anywhere. I think it has replaced calls a good bit. But also it give more privacy in the conversation.
ReplyDeleteTexting while driving is a bad idea because it could cause an accident, although i do not agree that it should has the same punishment as drunk driving.
i love texting, that is all i do. it came so popular because teenagers thats all they are doing and no one is really calling people anymore even though it is faster to find things out from but oh well this is the only thing i do all day long. i do not agree on the drinking and driving thing. but if someone wants to text in drive they should be aloud becuase it is better hten talking on the phone and then cops see you and your in very bad trouble.
