What do you think of the story? Do you think this man has the right to sue the FBI? Is this a case of profiling? What do you think about racial profiling, should it be done? Are there benefits or is it just discrimination? Since he is an American citizen does he have more right than others around the world? What are some of the basic rights that could have been violated here?

i think that he does hAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE THEM BECAUSE THEY THREATENED HIM WITH EXICUTION. They should not be aloud to do that till they no for shore
ReplyDeleteI think the story is kind of silly becuase i dont know anyone who sues the fbi.But he does have the power to sue if he thinks he can win the case, but do you really think any lawyer will take a man who wants to sue the FBI?I think or people the same as i am and if it thought i could sue the FBI i might try it but the man does have a point..
